RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is paramount. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.

Note: At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges, only returns.



HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To initiate the process, please contact us via email at returns@mheritage.com, identifying your order number and the item to be returned.

Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.



ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

For a refund to be processed, the item must meet the following requirements:

- Original condition

The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, without signs of additional use, odours (such as perfume or tobacco) or alterations of any nature.

- Security tag

The M'HERITAGE security tag must be intact and attached to the item; its removal or violation will invalidate the right to return.

- Components and accessories

All original elements that accompanied the item must be included (tags, dustbag, certificate of authenticity and original box, the latter when applicable).

    M’HERITAGE reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows damage not recorded at the time of sale or does not meet the conditions mentioned above, and is not responsible if anything happens during the return shipping.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.



    DAMAGE AND DISCREPANCIES

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you identify any defect, damage or error in the item sent, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and rectify the situation as quickly as possible.



    PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

    Returns of items purchased during promotional periods are not accepted, unless otherwise stated.



    REFUND PROCESSING

    Upon receipt and inspection of the item at our facilities, we will notify you of the refund approval.

    If approved, the amount will be credited via your original payment method within an estimated 14 business days.

    If you do not receive the refund after 15 business days from the approval date, please contact us.
