SCOPE AND OBJECT
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to the M'HERITAGE website, as well as to any commercial transaction carried out through our online store.
Browsing the website and purchasing any product implies full acceptance of all conditions described herein.
PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
- Nature of the Items
M'HERITAGE is dedicated to reselling pre-owned luxury items. As these are used items, they may show signs of wear, which will be duly detailed in the description and photographs of each product.
- No Affiliation with Brands
This website is an independent platform for reselling second-hand items and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, or sponsored by any mentioned brands. All trademarks and trade names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying the items.
- Prices
All prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes and duties (including the special margin scheme for second-hand goods, where applicable).
AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION
- Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all items sold are 100% authentic. Each piece undergoes a rigorous internal and external inspection process before being put up for sale.
- Condition Rating
Items are classified according to their condition:
- Excellent: Minimal signs of use, almost imperceptible.
- Very Good: Slight signs of use, but well preserved.
- Good: Visible signs of use.
The published photographs are of the actual product and are an integral part of its condition description.
- Limitation of Liability
M'HERITAGE is not responsible for subjective expectations regarding the condition of the item, provided that it matches the description and images presented at the time of sale.
PAYMENT PROCESS
The order will be processed only after payment confirmation. We offer the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card;
- Multibanco Reference;
- PayPal;
- Apple Pay.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Deadlines
Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination.
- Shipping Insurance
Given the value of the items, all shipments are registered and include insurance for protection against loss or damage during transport.
- Costs
Shipping costs are free for all purchases made in mainland Portugal and the islands. Purchases made in other European Union countries are subject to a predefined shipping fee.
RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION (RETURNS)
The customer has a period of 14 consecutive days from the receipt of the item to return it, without needing to state a reason.
- Return Condition
The item must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was delivered, accompanied by all accessories (boxes, dustbag, certificate) and with the M'HERITAGE security tag intact and inviolate.
- Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity (e.g., CNIACC - National Center for Consumer Conflict Information and Arbitration).
