SHIPPING METHODS

All shipments are made via CTT Expresso.

DESTINATIONS

- Mainland Portugal and Islands;

- Other European Union countries.

Currently, we do not ship outside the European Union.

SHIPPING COSTS

- Portugal: free shipping on all orders;

- European Union: costs calculated at checkout, according to destination.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

- Portugal: estimated delivery in 1 to 2 business days after dispatch;

- European Union: variable timeframe depending on destination.

PACKAGING

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport.

Whenever available, the item will be sent with its original accessories (dustbag, box, etc.).

ORDER TRACKING

After dispatch, a tracking code will be provided, allowing you to track the delivery.

RESPONSIBILITY

After dispatch, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier, without prejudice to the customer support provided by M'HERITAGE.
